Mr. Ramesh Pannalal Darda BSc, LL.B., LL.M. (Nagpur)

Mr. Darda has been practicing since 1969. He is based in Nagpur. Has extensive experience and specialization in Writ Petitions, central excise matters, custom clearances and labour and industrial disputes. He is panel counsel for leading insurance companies, banks and various public sector undertakings. He has successfully conducted the Gold Control Prosecution against Smt Vijaya Raje Scindia and several other Public Interest Litigations. He was additional Standing Counsel for Union of India at Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court and is also practicing in Bombay High court. He is advising several industrial houses such as the LOKMAT GROUP on Labour and Industrial matters. He is Panel counsel for several Nationalised Banks.

Mr Mohan Vidhani B.A., LL.B. (Delhi).

Mr. Vidhani has been in practice since 1972. Has specialization in Trade Marks, Patents, Designs and copyright. He is handling matters of importance in Delhi High Court and also before the trade mark authority and copyright board.

Mr. Pushkar Sood, B.A., LL.B. (Delhi).

Mr. Sood has been in practice since 1998. He is practicing in the High Court of Delhi, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal etc. He is dealing with matters pertaining to both Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction. He has been handling Civil Writs and other Constitutional matters of Public Importance before the High Court of Delhi. He has also been handling Criminal Writs U/s 226 of the Constitution of India and S 482 CrPc.
He is Specializing in handling matters being filed by the Banking Institutions, against their borrowers, based upon Export Factoring Agreements. The banking Institutions are wrongly filing such claims for recovery of money in Debt Recovery Tribunal or are harassing the borrower on the basis of undated cheques that they possess. He has successfully scuttled the attempts of Banking Institutions to wrongfully recover money on the basis of Factoring or Forfeiture Agreements, by moving the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and by moving the High Court by way of appropriate Writs.

He has been instrumental in removing the restriction imposed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Recovery Officer etc. on the borrower, from traveling outside India or confiscating the Pass Port of the Borrower.
He has served in the capacity of Court Commissioner, appointed by the Hon'ble High Court as regards Sealing and Demolition Matters for a period of two and half years starting from 24th March, 2006 to 15th September, 2008.
He was Panel Counsel for Central Government in Delhi High Court and was handling Constitutional matters of Central Government in Delhi High Court in the said capacity.
He is also handling matters before various Tribunals, such as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, National Human Rights Commission etc.

Ms. Hem Nalini M.A., LL.B.

Ms. Nalini has been in practice since 1994. Has been handling monetary suits and corporate matters. Advisor on company law matters. Has been involved in litigation before the MRTP Commission and Company Law Board, Laws relating to Anti Dumping before the Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Anshuman Sood, BA(Eco)Hons., LL.B, PGD(Cyber Laws)

Mrs. Shikha Sood, MA, LL.B

Mrs. Sood has been in practice since 2003. She is specializing in Matrimonial Laws, dealing with Suits for Divorce, Maintenance and Custody of Child. She is also specializing on matters relating to Divorce by Mutual Consent. She is also conducting mediation exercise for Matrimonial Disputes.
She is also handling Suits in High Court of Delhi pertaining to Property matters such as Rent matters, suits for specific performance, suits for partition etc.
